In 2022, The Metropolitan Museum of Art commissioned us to produce and direct a new series called Spotlight featuring new perspectives on iconic works from the collection. The series featured video episodes and audio episodes, all of which could be accessed in the galleries via QR code and online on the The Met’s series hub.
Spotlight
Beginning in 2021, The Met enlisted us to direct and produce a series of in-depth tour videos for the museum’s marquee special exhibitions. This project began as a Covid-era initiative to host virtual opening events, yet the success of the tours in reaching broad online audiences and archiving special exhibitions in engaging, experiential ways have made this series a mainstay in the Met’s digital production portfolio.
In this ongoing partnership, we’ve produced more than fifteen longform exhibition tour films (and counting!). Our tour films are some of The Met’s most-viewed content on YouTube and Instagram, averaging around 50,000 views.
Exhibition Tours
The Met celebrates its major acquisitions annually and for the past few years, the museum has commissioned us to make films highlighting these extraordinary additions to the collection. Our 2022 films served as entertainment at the museum’s annual gala, then found a second life and new viewership online.
